1. Introduction
Welcome to Britify fix, a platform connecting users with service providers. By using our app, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Account Registration and Activation
- To access the services, users must register an account.
- Users are required to provide a valid email address, which must be verified to activate the account.
- Users must submit a National ID/passport ID/license document to confirm their identity and activate their accounts. Until the account is activated, users will not have access to any services on the platform. This measure is in place to ensure security, trust, and compliance across all users and service providers.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date.
3. Service Requests and Offers
- Users can select a service from the available categories and submit a request.
- The request will be visible to registered service providers who may submit offers.
- Users have the discretion to choose the most suitable offer.
- The user’s city will be visible but other location or address details will remain hidden until the offer is accepted.
- Users can cancel their service requests if no offers have been received or accepted. However, once an offer is accepted, any cancellation must be processed through our support team. In such cases, users are required to contact support, and we will handle the cancellation on their behalf.
- Once the user accepts an offer, payment must be made through the app.
- When making a payment, the total cost includes both the price of the selected service, based on the accepted offer, and an additional fee representing the app’s service charge. We reserve the right to modify this service charge at any time in accordance with the company's policies.
- Upon completion of the service, the service provider is responsible for closing the service request by submitting images as proof of the completed work.
5. Refund Policy
- Users have the right to request a refund within 7 days of the service completion if issues arise.
- The app company will attempt to resolve the issue by either dispatching the same or another provider or refunding the payment if necessary, subject to the service provider's acceptance.
6. Problem Resolution
- In the event of a dispute or unsatisfactory service, the app company will contact the user directly and attempt to find a solution, including sending another provider or processing a refund, subject to the service provider's acceptance.
7. Data Collection and Use
- The app collects data from users including addresses, login information, and location data.
- This data is collected for operational purposes, including facilitating service requests and ensuring service quality.
- The app adheres to data protection regulations and safeguards user information against unauthorized access.
8. Limitation of Liability
- The Britify fix app company is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of the app or services, except as required by law.
- Users and providers agree to use the app at their own risk.
10. Amendments to Terms
- The Britify fix app company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users and providers will be notified of any significant changes.
