Welcome to Britify Fix Biz, a platform connecting users with service providers. By using our app, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Account Registration and Activation
- To access the app, service providers must register an account.
- Service providers are required to provide a valid email address, which must be verified to activate the account.
- Service providers must submit a National ID/passport ID/license document, and any official certificate documents (for companies) to confirm their identity and activate their accounts.
- Until the account is activated, users will not have access to any services on the platform. This measure ensures security, trust, and compliance across all users and service providers.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date.
3. Service Requests and Offers
- Service providers can select a specific category or service, submit an offer, and attach the details and price.
- The offer will be visible only to the user who requested the service.
- The user’s city will be visible, but other location or address details will remain hidden until the offer is accepted.
- Users can cancel their service requests if no offers have been received or accepted. However, once an offer is accepted, any cancellation must be processed through our support team.
- Once the user accepts an offer, payment must be made through the app.
- Service providers have the flexibility to set their own price, which will include a 5% service fee representing the app’s service charge. We reserve the right to adjust this service charge at any time.
- Upon completion of the service, providers are responsible for closing the service request by submitting images as proof of the completed work.
4. Refund Policy
- Users have the right to request a refund within 7 days of service completion if issues arise.
- The app company will attempt to resolve the issue by either dispatching the same or another provider, or refunding the payment, if necessary, with the acceptance of the service provider.
5. Withdraw Funds
Service providers can receive payments through multiple methods:
- Cash payments for individual service providers.
- Bank transfers to the registered bank account for companies.
- Individual service providers can also receive payments via their bank accounts.
- Providers must contact the Britify Fix Biz support team to confirm the withdrawal process.
6. Problem Resolution
In the event of a dispute or unsatisfactory service, the app company will contact the user directly and attempt to find a solution, including sending another provider or processing a refund, with the acceptance of the service provider.
7. Data Collection and Use
- The app collects data from service providers, including addresses, login information, and location data.
- This data is collected for operational purposes, including facilitating service requests and ensuring service quality.
- The app adheres to data protection regulations and safeguards user information against unauthorized access.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Britify Fix Biz app company is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of the app or services, except as required by law. Users and providers agree to use the app at their own risk.
9. Amendments to Terms
The Britify Fix Biz app company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users and providers will be notified of any significant changes.
